**We have opening for the Blasting & Painting Foreman / Supervisor and Site In-charge**

**Company Name**: JAL Engineers Pvt Ltd.

**Location**:Surat, Gujarat

We are a leading Paint Application company based in Mumbai offering Corrosion Protection services and specializing in the following:
- i. Abrasive Blast cleaning using all types of abrasives and other methods of Surface Preparation.

ii. Application of all types of Protective Coating Systems.

iii. Thermal spray of ‘Metals’ for better corrosion resistance.

iv. PFP Coatings

v. Consultancy services.

We have offered the above services to many leading industries and large fabrication companies.

**Qualification**:
- Minimum 12th Pass and can be able to read, write and understand in English along with Hindi.

Required Full Knowledge & Experience of Blasting & Painting (Qualification / Interview as per site norms is mandatory, otherwise not allowed on the Job)

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily, weekly, and monthly Planning to achieve the productivity targets.
- establishing site organogram
- division of tasks/ responsibilities
- set-up site teams as required I.e. painting team, rigging team etc
- effectively organise the material handling equipment on day-to-day basis
- Shift planning & scheduling
- Implementation of the plan and tracking of the same continuously to ensure achievement of daily production
- Detailed Daily progress reports for us as well as for client
- Troubleshooting
- Liasing with the client at all levels and other agencies/ vendors as may be required to get the job done.
- Analysing the commercials of the operation on a daily basis and ensuring that viability is sustained.
**- Experience in our field of industrial painting is preferred.**
- Experience in interacting and handling all categories of workforce - highly skilled, skilled, semiskilled and unskilled.

**Reporting**:
To designated official at HO or as determined by management from time to time

**Salary**:
Commensurate with experience
