**Job Title**: Operator - Material Handling & Forklift
**Role Grade**: Operator
**Department**: Operations / Stores
**Reporting To**: Shift Incharge / Raw Material Warehouse Executive

**Educational Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- **Mandatory**: Valid Driver’s License and Forklift Training & Certification

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years in material handling or forklift operation in a warehouse, mining, or industrial setup

**Compensation**:

- **CTC**: Open
- **Accommodation**: Provided (shared) at mining site

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to transport goods safely
- Familiarity with various forklift types (counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack) and use of the appropriate one as per task requirements
- Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure all equipment is in safe, working condition
- Safely transport raw materials and finished goods to designated storage or production areas
- Properly stack, load, and arrange materials to prevent damage and ensure stability
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, stores, and production teams to meet operational demands
- Stay up-to-date on safety protocols and forklift operation best practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and operation zones

**Key Skills**:

- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and precision
- Basic MS Office and ERP knowledge preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- **Nature of Work**: Field job (hands-on equipment handling)
- **Working Shift**: Rotational (A, B, C or General Shift)
- **Nature of Reports**: Maintain accurate records for equipment use, safety checks, and incident logs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
