**About the job**
- **Translator/Transcriber responsibilities include reading/listening to audios and thoroughly understanding the context of a given material**
- **Using specialized dictionaries and translation tools and proofreading finished pieces of work**
- **Also they will be responsible in identification of intents and tagging of words to specific entities as per the guidelines shared.**
- **Handle queries of customers through chat & call**
- **Handle queries through inbound calls of premium customers**

*Mandatory Requirements
- Education : Intermediate and above
- Languages : English,Hindi & Telugu (might get extra benefits for extra known languages)
- ID Proof
