**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Greet customers warmly, document vehicle concerns, and provide attentive customer service.
- Inspect vehicles, explain recommended services clearly, and offer detailed cost estimates.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, coordinating with the service department.
- Keep customers informed of service progress, additional repairs, and estimated completion times.
- Upsell additional services based on vehicle needs and educate customers on maintenance benefits.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work, addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit repair orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- **
- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile or ITI.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Customer-focused with patience and empathy in addressing customer concerns.
- The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Nagpur, Maharashtra (required)
