**Job Title
- Executive Inside Sales & Market Research**

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales & Market Research Executive to join our dynamic sales & marketing team. As an Executive in the sales and marketing team, you will be required to generate leads and do market research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and analyze sales data.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, drafting proposals, and following up with clients.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive market research reports.
- Conduct thorough analysis of data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure reports meet quality standards.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
- Gather information on target companies, including financial performance, market positioning, and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize various research methodologies and tools to gather relevant data.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales & Market Research.
- Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator & CRM is must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Eager to learn and develop sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges and overcome obstacles.
