**What You’ll Do**
- Working within a defined territory you will hunt for new clients to move On-premise Customer to SAP Cloud Portfolio and increase SAP footprint by building new relationships with new and existing customers through traditional and digital means.
- Enable the smooth movement of Maintenance business towards Cloud business by liaising deeply into SAP customer base and helping their transition.
- Consulting customers on a range of SAP Cloud products to help improve their processes and gain productivity and time, reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Utilizing the SAP eco-system and influencing customers LOB and C-level execs alike
- Working closely with SAP Partners and SAP sales executives / account managers / directors you will be required to have a strong capacity to engage.
- Support efforts to building business development capabilities and organization
- Manage to recover terminated customers back into SAP fold
- Keep regional maintenance losses to the P&L at a minimum.
- Help implement scalable revenue programs and help Onpremise customers realise the value of SAP cloud.
- Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results
**What You Bring**
- 5-10 years of Sales / business development experience in Software / ERP software sales preferred
- Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
- Experience and interest with challenges and trends of finance departments and translating them into solutions.
- Industry knowledge : Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation
- Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra mile mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred

The Customer Evolution Customer Associate is a strategic role in SAP to support efforts to identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities related to our Move Program ecosystem. Develop ROI-based business models to evaluate opportunities. Gather business intelligence and perform competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities across our installed base.
