Customer Care Executive (Female) for Home Appliances in Faridabad

**Responsibilities**:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about product features, troubleshooting, warranties, and after-sales services.

Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our home appliance products and stay updated on any new releases or modifications.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management for prompt resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our products and services.

Strive to meet or exceed individual and team targets, including customer satisfaction and response time metrics.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a customer care or customer service role, preferably in the home appliance industry.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.

Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is preferred.

Basic technical knowledge of home appliances and troubleshooting procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High degree of empathy and ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
