**Role Overview -**

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Champion to be the face of our brand and the voice of our users. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our customers - from savvy students to seasoned educators - have an exceptional journey with our product.

**What You'll Do -**
- Become a product expert, guiding customers to unlock the full potential of our platform
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of education technology
- Analyze user feedback and transform insights into actionable product improvements
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

**What You'll Bring -**
- 0-5 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new tools
- A problem-solving mindset and the drive to go above and beyond for customers
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a high-growth startup

Pay: ₹12,240.79 - ₹35,441.27 per month
