**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an International Customer Support Representative (Voice Process). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for international customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via voice support (phone, VoIP, etc.). You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, efficient, and friendly support across various products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle incoming calls from international customers and provide support regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- **Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- **Documentation**: Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- **Performance Targets**: Meet individual and team KPIs, including call resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Actively contribute to improving customer service processes and product enhancements by providing valuable feedback.
- **Multitasking**: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including customer calls, data entry, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as technical support, sales, and product management to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
