Exciting Opportunity: Sales Coordinator at Global Marine Supply Co.

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Nerul (W), Navi Mumbai

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and liaise with customers to provide order updates.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Provide support to the sales and customer service teams as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Shipping Industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
