Job Type : FULL TIME

Key Responsibilities:
**Guest Check-in and Check-out**:
**o Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.**

**o Ensure proper registration, accurate payment processing, and room assignment.**

**o Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.**

Guest Services and Inquiries:

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Offer personalized services (e.g., making reservations for dining, transportation, etc.).

**Billing and Payments**:
**o Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.**

**o Reconcile cash and credit transactions as required.**

Reservations and Room Management:

- Assist with making reservations and room upgrades as needed.
- Monitor room availability and communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Track guest preferences and document special requests for repeat visits.

**Guest Experience Enhancement**:
**o Proactively anticipate guests' needs and ensure that their stay is enjoyable.**

**o Assist with organizing transportation, tours, or excursions for guests.**

Administrative Tasks:

- Handle guest correspondence, maintain guest records, and update the hotel’s booking system.
- Complete daily shift reports, record guest feedback, and communicate relevant information to management.
- Monitor and ensure that lobby areas, public spaces, and front desk areas are clean, well-organized, and inviting.

**Compliance and Safety**:
**o Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure guest and employee safety.**

**o Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.**

**Required Qualifications**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

**Experience: Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, etc.).**

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, MIHMS, or similar).
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence.

This position operates in a hotel/resort environment, with a fast-paced atmosphere during peak seasons.

**Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shif**

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
