Receptionist

**Job Title: Receptionist - Two-Wheeler Automobile Showroom**

**Department**: Front Office / Customer Relations
**Reporting To**: Showroom Manager / CRM Head
**Location**: Ram Bhawan Ram Automobiles (NH-28, Bada Bariyarpur, Motihari)

**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting sales and service teams. Prior experience in a 2-wheeler automobile dealership is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome all showroom visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages efficiently.
- Provide information about vehicles, ongoing offers, finance options, and service facilities.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer follow-up and appointments.
- Maintain visitor records, daily call logs, and front office documentation.
- Manage customer feedback and assist in complaint redressal.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and showroom coordination.
- Assist in organizing test drives, customer events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the reception area.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in a **2-wheeler automobile dealership** (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
