**Job Title: Personal Secretary / Office Manager (Remote)**
**Experience - 1 or 2 years of experience.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage executives’ calendars, incoming communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support project coordination and collaborate with various departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Manage the books of accounts using QuickBooks
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Office Manager.
- Prior experience in QuickBooks will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Must be very fluent in English since he/she may have to interact with US clients and must be fluent in Hindi also.**
