Serole Technologies is scouting for Junior Project Coordinator in Hyderabad & Khammam.

**Experience**: Should have 1 - 3 years of experience in co-ordinating IT Projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support Project Management Office (PMO).
Facilitate meetings, Internal & External co-ordination.
Take notes during meetings, publish Minutes of the Meetings (MOM) internally & externally.
Assist Project Managers, Delivery Mgr’s in their daily activities.
Monitor project progress continuously, coordinate daily, weekly, monthly meetings.
Document reports like weekly status report, time sheets, maintain project tracker.
Document presentation materials using PPT.
Work collaboratively with team members.

**Skills**:
Knowledge of project management methodology and good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
Intermediate knowledge in MS Office, Excel, PPT’s.
Good understanding of Defect / Ticket Mgmnt tools like SAP Solution Mgr, Jira, etc.
Excellent written, verbal and documentation skills.
