**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead production team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventive maintenance of machines.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to reduce waste and increase productivity.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma /ITI
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Production or manufacturing Firm
- Immediate
