**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure production processes are running efficiently, maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve maximum productivity and performance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics.
- Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
- Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure employees are using proper protective equipment.
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and team development.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure materials and resources are available for production.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and guidelines related to production.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with production software and tools.

**BTech/Diploma in mechanical engineering is preferred**

**Minimum 4years experience as production supervisor**

**Salary 20-28k**
