We are looking for a proactive and dynamic **Supervisor** to manage daily operations, enhance customer relations, and streamline coordination between sales and manufacturing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Management**: Engage with walk-in customers, provide expert product recommendations, and convert inquiries into sales.
- **Sales Growth**: Attract new customers through marketing strategies and referrals.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain strong customer relationships by following up with potential buyers and ensuring a smooth purchase process.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the **manufacturing and warehouse teams** to ensure timely production and delivery of confirmed orders.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, place timely orders, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Service Excellence**: Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and providing after-sales support.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Streamline internal processes for smooth business operations.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the **doors and windows** industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between departments.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Leadership qualities to guide the sales and operational teams.

**Preferred Age**: 23-37 years
