**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

**TOSTEM Expertise**:Possess in-depth knowledge of TOSTEM windows and related products.
Provide technical guidance on the installation and maintenance of TOSTEM offerings.

**Quality Assurance**:Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the quality of work, especially concerning TOSTEM installations.
Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

**Team Collaboration**:Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support, particularly in areas related to TOSTEM projects.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and issues related to TOSTEM projects.
Prepare and submit reports to the project manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with expertise in TOSTEM products.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
