We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and lead a team of workers. The role demands hands-on supervision, adherence to production schedules, and focus on maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise production operations and workforce to meet daily targets.
- Ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within set timelines.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain daily production reports and submit them to management.
- Train and guide team members for better performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of production machinery and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
- ood communication skills required; knowledge of **Hindi** is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Day Shift / Night shift

**Pay Scale**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
