**Job Description**:
We are looking for passionate and experienced **Culinary Instructors** to join our faculty. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality culinary education and hands-on training in your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct theoretical and practical culinary sessions in your specialization (Oriental, Asian, Indian, Continental, or Arabic cuisine)
- Design and develop lesson plans, recipes, and instructional materials in line with the curriculum
- Demonstrate advanced cooking techniques and kitchen operations to students
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen and lab environments
- Stay current with emerging culinary trends, tools, and techniques
- Foster a professional, positive, and engaging learning environment

Required Skill Set:

- Expertise in Oriental, Indian, Continental, or Arabic cuisine
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
- Sound knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons and demonstrations
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Passion for culinary arts and student development

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 to 8 years of professional culinary experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
- Prior experience in roles such as DCDP, CDP, Sr. CDP, Jr. Sous Chef, or Sous Chef preferred

**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)

Work Location: On-site (Manjari Budruk, Pune)
