**Job Summary: Education Counselor**

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Education Counselor** to join our team. You will be trained to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths, ensuring they receive the best educational advice tailored to their interests and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in counseling students for admissions into various programs (domestic or international).
- Understand student requirements and provide accurate information about courses, colleges, and admission processes.
- Maintain a database of student leads and follow up regularly.
- Participate in telecalling, webinars, seminars, and events to generate leads.
- Support senior counselors in daily counseling tasks.
- Stay updated on current educational trends and admission procedures.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening and the ability to understand student needs.
- Confidence in handling student and parent queries.
- Basic knowledge of education systems (India/abroad preferred).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
- Freshers or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
