Job Responsibilities:

- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop strategies to market the scrap materials to potential buyers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with scrap buyers, brokers, and recycling facilities.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to optimize revenue.
- **Pricing and Valuation**:

- Evaluate market trends to set competitive prices for various scrap materials.
- Monitor commodity markets to understand pricing fluctuations and demand cycles.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all sales and operational processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to waste management and recycling.
- Prepare reports as required by regulatory agencies.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**:

- Advocate for and implement strategies that enhance sustainability in waste management.
- Work towards increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recycling process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
