**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**:

- Build and maintain a network of professionals to leverage in future hiring needs.
- **Interview Coordination**:

- Schedule and conduct interviews, either over the phone, video call, or in-person, depending on the client’s needs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on interview results.
- **Job Posting and Branding**:

- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Promote the employer brand by highlighting company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to clients or the hiring team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches).
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- A network of professional contacts within relevant industries is a plus.
