Customer Support Executive

**Job duties of Customer Care Executive**
1. Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls over the software.
2. Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing calls.
3. Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and take regular follow-up for the same.
5. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
6. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
7. Sending relevant report to your team leader.
8. Assessment of incoming profile and give Rahul Sir and Hiten Sir.
9. Keeping records of customer comments and complaints.
10. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
11. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
12. New inquiries should be attended in 35 minutes by the counselor.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
