Sales Generation:

- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to introduce company products and services.
- Present fabric samples, catalogues, and other marketing materials to clients to showcase product offerings.
- Understand client needs and requirements to recommend suitable fabric solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their ongoing fabric needs and provide assistance and support as required.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide personalized service and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:

- Stay updated on industry trends, fabric innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Educate clients on different types of fabrics, their characteristics, and appropriate uses.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Sales Administration:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and market insights with team members to enhance collective performance.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
