
Fabric Sales Executive

**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and approach potential clients (e.g., garment manufacturers, fashion brands, retailers).
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas as assigned by management.
- Present and demonstrate fabric samples and catalogs to customers.
2. **Product Knowledge & Consultation**
- Maintain deep knowledge of various fabric types, weaves, textures, and finishes.
- Provide technical guidance and suggestions based on customer requirements (e.g., fabric suitability, durability, cost-effectiveness).
- Stay updated with têxtile trends, innovations, and market demands.
3. **Client Relationship Management**
- Develop long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
4. **Order Management**

- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Recommend adjustments to products or pricing strategies based on market intelligence.
6. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and order statuses.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit summaries for management.
