**Role Summary**: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to

in generating leads, conducting field sales, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Conversion: Effectively convert qualified leads into successful sales through consultative

selling.
- Field Sales: Conduct on-site visits to potential customers, presenting company offerings and

gathering insights.
- Market Exploration: Identify and leverage new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Sales Target Fulfillment: Ensure 100% achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals through

client engagement and order processing.
- Lead Follow-Up: Respond to all assigned leads within 24 hours to ensure prompt engagement

and a high-quality customer experience.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven track record in field sales (minimum 2 years), bonus points if from the same industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
