**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking, and street-smart **Field Sales Executive** to promote and sell our range of branded spice products across general trade outlets, kirana stores, and HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, caterers) clients. The role involves market expansion, beat planning, order generation, display execution, and relationship building in assigned territories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit retail outlets and HoReCa customers in **Panvel, Khalapur, Khopoli, Uran, etc.** on a daily beat plan.
- Identify new outlets and onboard them into our distribution network.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly **sales targets** (SKUs and revenue).
- Take regular orders and coordinate for timely delivery and stock replenishment.
- Ensure **visibility**, proper shelf space, and product display at the outlets.
- Maintain a record of customer feedback, pricing issues, and competitor activity.
- Follow up on **payments from credit customers** and ensure account discipline.
- Provide daily market activity reports to the sales manager using mobile apps or manual format.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: HSC/12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in **FMCG** / **Spices** / **Food sector**.
- **Knowledge of local areas** (Panvel, Khalapur, Khopoli, Uran) is essential.
- Must own a **two-wheeler (moped/scooter)** with valid license and smartphone.
- Good **communication skills** in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, target-driven, and reliable in rural/urban fieldwork.

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (6 days/week, Sunday off)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- 2 Wheeler Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
