Requirement: Male Candidates Only

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 05 years in Sales profile

Salary: Based on last package + Travel Allowance + Incentives

Other Requirement: Candidate must own a bike with valid driving licence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Visit potential clients (individuals, startups, SMEs) to promote IndiaFilings services such as Company Registration, GST, ITR Filing, Compliance, and Business Advisory.

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking.

  • Explain service offerings, pricing, and value proposition to clients in person.
  • Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs.
  • Provide consultation on compliance, taxation, and registration services.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads, meetings, and service onboarding.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective engagement.

3. Territory & Market Development

  • Identify potential business clusters (industrial areas, startup zones, business hubs, etc.) for client acquisition.
  • Conduct on-ground marketing activities (flyers, seminars, promotions) in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Gather and share market intelligence on competitors and customer requirements.

4. Documentation & Compliance.

  • Collect required documents from clients for company registration, GST, and tax services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of client paperwork to back-office/operations teams.
  • Educate clients on compliance deadlines and IndiaFilings' support services.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily/weekly field visit reports and update CRM with client interactions.
  • Coordinate with inside sales and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Share regular client feedback and field insights with management.

Key Skills Required

  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Strong understanding of sales process and target-driven performance.
  • Basic knowledge of Business Registration, GST, and Taxation (preferred; training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling field activities independently.

This role is quota-driven & performance is measured by number of clients acquired, revenue generated, & repeat business secured.
