About Process Having an effective Client call.
- Understanding the customer requirements by gathering the information as per the standard industry requirement tovalidate the lead
- Generate requirements from the client and check his qualification status.
- Gather information related to the right POC, decision maker, RFP, RFI, current vendors, and service level gaps.
- Schedule a meeting with the client and propose the solutions and possibilities by giving POC or presentation.
- Should make a follow-up call in a way to attract clients, If customers are not responding, try to understand theirconcern by phone or message, or mail and record those responses in CRM.
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event.
