About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (Telesales) to manage client interactions, convert Instagram leads into customers, and handle client queries over calls and Instagram messages. If you enjoy building relationships, love interacting with people, and have a knack for sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Call and engage with leads received from Instagram to convert them into clients.

Handle and respond to client queries through Instagram messages.

Maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-ups.

Maintain proper records of calls and client details.

**Requirements**:
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).

Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.

Confidence, persuasion, and a target-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of Instagram and online communication.
