**Responsibilities**:
Should be a good team player

Should have good communication skills and a problem-solving approach

Be the face of the agency for regular interactions with the clients, meetings

Should have a deep understanding of the client’s business

Should be proactive and act as a bridge between the agency and the client

Give briefings received from the client to internal team members to fulfil the client’s business requirements

Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide regular updates to seniors

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore - Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
