**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Customer Support Intern**
- The primary purpose of this role is to
- Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring
- Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems.
- Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ready to work in US shifts in 24x7 operational Support environment.
- Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage.
- Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience or an undergrad appearing for the last semester- Experience **Typically requires 0-1 experience** with a demonstrated competence in functional or technical troubleshooting of the assigned products.- Travel requirements Minimal- Working arrangements
- Work is performed in a standard office environment with mínimal exposure to health or safety hazards
- Able and willing to work on 'shifts' or to be on an 'after hours' rotation.
