**The primary purpose of this role is to-**
- Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring
- Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems.
- Maintain lo
- g of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff
**Skills -**
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage.
**Perks**:
- CTC- 23,391per month
- Certificate on completing internship.
- Conversion as an FTE depending upon performance and the business within 6 months to 1 year with a package of 4 to 4.5 LPA (which happens in 99% cases)
**Shifts - Ready to work in US shifts in 24x7 operational Support environment for 5 days in a week via work from office.**
