**Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Executive**

**Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India**

**Job Timings: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)**

**Job Requirements**:

- Undergraduate from any stream
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in inbound customer service or similar role, preferably in an international process
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to work in night shifts and on weekends

**Job Benefits**:

- Salary range of 13,000 to 15,000 INR take home salary
- Extra 3,000 INR fixed incentive every month
- Extra 3,000 INR fixed night allowance every month
- Home drop facility till doorstep
- Saturday and Sunday fixed off
- Only 5 days working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:
