Job Description Customer Service Executive (Inbound Voice Process) Location:Thane & Malad (Work from Office) Salary: 17,000 35,000 (Based on experience) Shift:Night Shift (Rotational) Job Type: Full-time Joining:Immediate Joiners Only Role Overview: We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an Inbound Voice Process. Candidates will handle customer queries over calls, provide resolutions, and maintain excellent service quality. Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible. Key Responsibilities: - Attend inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally. - Provide accurate information and aim for first-call resolution. - Update customer details and maintain system records. - Deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets. - Follow process guidelines and compliance standards. Requirements: - Minimum HSC (Graduates preferred). - Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply. - Strong verbal communication skills. - Comfortable with rotational night shifts. - Immediate joiners only.
