**Job Title: SQL Trainer**

**Location**: Nagpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities
- **Training Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive SQL training programs and materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SQL and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for various levels of learners, from beginners to advanced users.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees as needed.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training methods and materials based on feedback and industry best practices.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation and resources for trainees, including step-by-step guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with IT and HR departments to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using training tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
