**Job Title: Java Trainer**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Deliver engaging and effective Java training sessions for beginners to advanced learners.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- **Technical Guidance**: Offer technical support and guidance to students during and after training sessions.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and Java technologies to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
- **Mentorship**: Provide mentorship and career guidance to students aspiring to become Java developers.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the training program.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Java SE and Java EE
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience with frameworks and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and Git
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
