**Overview**
We are looking for a passionate Java Trainer to work full-time with underprivileged youth, delivering high-quality, focused technical training. The role involves designing curriculum, mobilizing students, and supporting career development in software development and data science domains.

**About the Program**
This initiative focuses on empowering underprivileged youth (ages 18-25, including college dropouts, college students, and recent graduates) by providing skills training, career counseling, and placement assistance. The goal is to prepare students for careers in:

- Advanced Software Development (coding/programming)
- Data Science & Analytics

Training is delivered through a combination of classroom sessions, online modules, and community engagement, with strong industry alignment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver technical training to students in Java and related technologies.
- Design, update, and improve the curriculum to match industry requirements.
- Mobilize and engage with colleges to maximize student participation.
- Manage program operations at college premises and digital training centers.
- Maintain and update batch training databases.
- Collaborate with team members to meet program goals.
- Introduce innovations to strengthen the curriculum.
- Support a cooperative and collaborative work culture.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science, or B.Tech/BE, or MCA (IT background).
- 2-6 years of experience in:

- Training/L&D roles, OR
- Technical/programming/development work (IT/software/tech startups/analytics) with interest in training.
- Certifications in advanced programming or data sciences.
- Demonstrable expertise in at least two or more of:

- C++, Java, SDLC (traditional/waterfall & agile), SQL
- JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS
- Java Full Stack (JPA with Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot)
- Willingness to travel within the city for offline sessions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
