**Job Title: SQL Trainer**

**Location**: Nagpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Development**:

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials for SQL, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest industry practices and SQL technologies.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct effective and interactive training sessions for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises to facilitate learning.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide support and guidance to students throughout the training process, addressing questions and providing feedback on assignments and exercises.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and practical exercises, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from students and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Stay current with SQL and database technology trends to ensure that training materials remain relevant and effective.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other trainers to share best practices and enhance training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience working with SQL databases, including writing complex queries, database design, and optimization.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with major relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of database design principles, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- **Teaching and Communication Skills**:

- Previous experience in teaching or training is a plus point.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Oracle Certified Professional, or equivalent are a plus point.
