**Position Title**: SQL Trainer

**Location**: Nagpur

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Development and Delivery**:

- Develop, design, and update comprehensive SQL training programs and materials.
- Conduct training sessions using various formats such as classroom, online, and hands-on labs.
- Customize training programs to cater to the specific needs of clients or trainees.
- **Curriculum Management**:

- Stay current with the latest advancements in SQL and database technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
- Create and maintain detailed course documentation, including manuals, handouts, and presentation materials.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness and participant progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and suggest areas for improvement.
- **Support and Mentorship**:

- Offer ongoing support and mentorship to trainees during and after the training sessions.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to understand training needs and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an SQL Trainer or in a similar role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SQL databases.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL query writing and optimization.
- Strong understanding of database design, normalization, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with database administration, including backup, recovery, and security.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting in SQL databases.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
