**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Develop and oversee financial strategies, conduct budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- **Risk Management and Compliance**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and maintain robust internal controls.
- **Financial Reporting**: Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and timely dissemination to stakeholders.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operational needs.
- **Investment Oversight**: Evaluate investment opportunities and manage the organization's investment portfolio to maximize returns.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Engage with investors, board members, and other stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategic plans.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required; an MBA or other advanced degrees are often preferred.
- **Professional Certifications**: Credentials such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly regarded.
- **Experience**: Extensive experience in finance or accounting roles, with a significant portion in leadership positions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong understanding of financial management software and advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel.
- **Leadership and Communication**: Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams effectively and communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
