Job role: Intern - NGO Growth (3 months)

Location: Remote location (Anywhere from India)

Job Overview: Goodera is looking for Interns to manage relationships with NGO partners for offering some of the best volunteering opportunities/ experiences on a Global level for our clientele. The goal is to ensure that Goodera has access to the best set of volunteering opportunities across various causes and types on a Pan-India level through NGO networks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build new partnerships with NGO that provide relevant volunteering opportunities across India
- Understand NGO scope of work and define volunteering opportunities
- Liaise with NGO partners to source required opportunities and ensure catalog is updated with what NGO’s can offer as volunteering opportunities

Desired competencies
- Prior experience in Social sector is added advantage
- Should be good at communication skills
- Demonstrate high ownership and exude high energy in all tasks
- Should be able to handle pressure and deadlines in an unstructured work environment

Stipend
- Based on performance there will be a variable pay
- If targets are achieved there will be a Bonus component
- Depending on your performance and organizations discretion there are chances for converting to full time employment
- Expected to onboard 80-90 NGO’s

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
