NGO Executive – CSR Initiatives

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and socially-driven NGO Executive – CSR Initiatives to manage and grow partnerships with corporate entities under their Corporate Social Responsibility mandates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on CSR projects in line with both the NGO's mission and the corporate partner's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• CSR Partnership Development:

o Identify and engage with corporates for CSR collaborations.

o Develop proposals and concept notes tailored to potential partners' CSR objectives.

o Maintain strong relationships with existing CSR partners.

• Program Planning & Execution:

o Design, implement, and manage CSR-funded projects.

o Coordinate with internal program teams to ensure timely and quality execution.

o Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines.

• Reporting & Documentation:

o Prepare comprehensive project reports, impact assessments, and presentations for corporate partners.

o Ensure compliance with statutory CSR reporting requirements.

• Stakeholder Management:

o Serve as the primary point of contact between the NGO and CSR partners.

o Represent the NGO at CSR forums, events, and meetings.

• Communications & Visibility:

o Collaborate with communications team to highlight CSR project successes.

o Ensure donor visibility through on-ground and digital campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in NGO or CSR domain
