As we scale our test preparation vertical to meet growing demand, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven IELTS Trainer with proficiency in delivering PTE (Pearson Test of English) and Duolingo English Test (DET) training. Role Overview : The IELTS Trainer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact test preparation programs, ensuring students achieve their target scores in IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo English Test. Beyond teaching, the role involves curriculum development, student mentoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to align test prep with broader university admissions goals. - Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General Training), PTE, and Duolingo English Test, both in-person and online.
- Tailor lesson plans to address diverse student needs, focusing on individual strengths, weaknesses, and target score requirements (e.g., IELTS Band 7+, PTE 65+, DET 120+).
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methodologies, including live instruction, simulated mock tests, one-on-one coaching, and digital progress-tracking tools.
- Leverage technology (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms) to ensure seamless, high-quality online training experiences.
- Foster an inclusive, motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building.

Student Progress Monitoring & Feedback
- Administer regular mock tests to simulate real exam conditions, followed by detailed performance diagnostics and actionable feedback.
- Track student progress using internal CRM tools and provide weekly updates to ensure consistent improvement toward target scores.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to address specific challenges, such as improving speaking fluency, writing coherence, or time management.

Curriculum Development & Innovation
- Continuously refine and update lesson plans, practice tests, and study materials to reflect the latest exam patterns, question types, and scoring criteria.
- Develop proprietary resources, including grammar exercises, speaking prompts, writing templates, vocabulary lists, and sectional practice drills.
- Research and recommend digital tools, apps, or platforms (e.g., Magoosh, EPink, E2Language, Grammarly) to enhance training delivery and student outcomes.
- Contribute to the creation of blended learning modules, combining in-person, online, and self-paced study components.

Student Counseling & Test Strategy
- Provide expert guidance on test selection (IELTS vs. PTE vs. Duolingo) based on students’ academic profiles, target universities, and visa requirements.
- Coach students on exam strategies, time management techniques, and stress-reduction methods to optimize performance on test day.
- Offer workshops or webinars on topics such as effective note-taking, paraphrasing, or managing test anxiety.
- Serve as a mentor, inspiring students to stay motivated and resilient throughout their preparation journey.

Team Collaboration & Professional Development
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, peer reviews, and brainstorming sessions to share best practices and drive program excellence.
- Mentor junior trainers or interns, providing guidance on teaching techniques, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Conduct demo classes for prospective students or internal training sessions to showcase teaching expertise.
- Stay abreast of global trends in English language testing, pedagogy, and ed-tech innovations through webinars, certifications, or industry conferences.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, or IELTS/PTE-specific training) are a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience teaching IELTS, PTE, or other English proficiency exams. Freshers with exceptional credentials or demonstrable teaching skills may be considered.
- Language Proficiency: Near-native fluency in English (written and spoken), with excellent grammar,
