We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IELTS Trainer to join our team and contribute to the success of our students by helping them excel in the IELTS examination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IELTS training sessions for students aiming to take the IELTS exam (both Academic and General Training).
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency.
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Conduct mock tests and provide detailed analysis of students' performance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam trends, formats, and best practices.
- Maintain records of student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Provide additional support and resources to students outside of regular class hours when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer with a track record of successful student outcomes.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their best performance.

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of IELTS exam format and content.
- Proficient in teaching all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
