As part of the EduNirvana Academics team, you will do 2 things:
1. **Teaching**:What we teach is fixed, but how you teach it is up to you. We want you to bring your personality to the classroom. If you love drama and theatre then this is the place for you because engaging a student with the attention span of a goldfish (eroded by WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter) for 3-4 hours is an art.

On some days, you may need to conduct workshops, which would require creating content from scratch. On other days, you may need to explain to a student why his score are not improving. Figuring out the problem is usually half the solution but it is usually the more difficult half.

**Job description**:

- Conducting demos and taking follow-ups.
- Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
- Marking reports and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
- Handling school presentation workshops as well.
- To create, develop and update training materials.
- Excellent writing skills in a number of different styles/tones
- Impeccable spelling and grammar knowledge.
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
- Do you love advising people on their career options?

Preferred Degree requirements - Graduate in English/Mass Communication/ Journalism

Experience in Education & Training Industry - Recommended

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
