Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their English language proficiency goals? Aim Overseas is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a leading educational institution, we are committed to providing high-quality English language training to students aspiring to study, work, or migrate abroad.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting IELTS training sessions for students preparing for the exam.
- Developing comprehensive lesson plans and study materials tailored to students' needs.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their English language skills.
- Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods as necessary to ensure success.
- Keeping abreast of the latest IELTS exam trends, updates, and best practices.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer with a strong track record of student success.
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and strategies for achieving high scores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students reach their full potential.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate students' schedules.
- Certification in IELTS training is preferred but not required.

**Location**: Meerut

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
