Sales Executive B2B

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our B2B field marketing efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive business growth within a specific geographic territory. This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of planning, execution, and analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of B2B events, trade shows, seminars, and workshops.
- **Lead Generation**: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, case studies, presentations) to generate qualified leads.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify target companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
- **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage with prospects.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing regular reports to the management team.
- **Vendor Management**: Assist in coordinating with external vendors and partners for event logistics and marketing collateral.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive and a quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
