Satya is a premier aesthetics and hair transplant clinic known for delivering exceptional patient care and innovative services. We are seeking dynamic Telesales Representatives to join our team, with experience from companies like Policy Bazaar, Healthify, and Paisa Bazaar being highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to promote our aesthetics and hair transplant services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Schedule appointments and consultations with interested clients.
- Maintain and update a customer database with accurate and timely information.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about our services, special promotions, and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with resilience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Familiarity with the services of Policy Bazaar, Healthify, and Paisa Bazaar is preferred.
- Knowledge of aesthetics and hair transplant procedures is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
